Youth Basketball League

The Grayslake Park District’s Youth Basketball League is designed so all athletes have a chance to play! Girls and boys grades 2nd-8th learn basketball fundamentals, strategies, and teamwork from parent volunteer coaches. To avoid stacked teams, players can only have one friend request. Both friends must request each other or the request will be denied. Age groups may be combined, depending on the number of participants enrolled.

2024-2025 Youth Basketball Registration is Now Open!

Grades: 2nd-8th girls and boys

Registration: Aug. 6 – Nov. 2
Fee: $200 per player on or before Nov. 2
$220 per player on or after Nov. 3
Practices: Begin the week of Dec. 2
(1 hour per week, no practices Dec. 23-Jan. 3),
Monday thru Friday 5-9pm
Games: Jan. 11 – Mar. 1 (Friday nights & Saturdays)
Locations: Games & Practices are held D46 Schools
Avon, Frederick, Meadowview, GMS, Park, Prairieview, Woodview
