A Donut Moment

This Sunday (November 5) is National Donut Day! We will celebrate by learning the history of the donut, applying a life coaching lesson to this theme, and enjoying samples of decadent donuts. There are many theories about how the donut was invented. We will investigate which one we believe. We will also learn when we have a “hole” in our life how to strategically handle it effectively and not sit in the muck whether it be sadness, stress, friendships, or other issue. Lastly, we will call on some of our favorite donut makers to treat us to decadent donuts to indulge in while learning. Kids love this fun class and will leave with a few new ideas how to handle their “holes” or future potholes they might stumble into. This is a drop off class and contractual program.
